FORMATION OF WHITE PHENYL

To prepare a good quality white phenyl of high viscosity use PHENOXY SANITIZER. This one liter sanitizer have the capacity of making 25 to 40  liter high quality white phenyl.
take the  prescribed amount of phenoxy sanitizer according to volume of phenyl you want to prepare. now, dissolve small amount of water in steps in it and simultaneously mix it. it would become a very viscous white paste. now add the rest amount of water.

EMULSIFIER

PHENOXY emulsifier is the best emulsifier for dissolving pine oil and other light weight oil to make sanitizers
capacity of one liter phenoxy stabilizer is to dissolve 3 to 5 liter pine oil completely in it. After dissolving pine oil in it you will get a golden brown transparent solution which would have the high capacity of making phenyl around 35 to 45 liter..
